Yesterday’s Mind Surgery Revolution session under the Global Clusters movement was nothing short of inspiring! 💫
We hosted our invited Mind Surgeon, Mr. Ayotemi Gbenro, a highly respected real estate guru with ARC-VIEW INVESTMENTS LIMITED. 🏢💼
He took us on a powerful journey through his life — from humble beginnings to becoming a name that commands respect in the real estate space. His story carried lessons on focus, consistency, and persistence — true qualities every builder of nations must embrace. ⚙️💪🏽
Mr. Gbenro shared how observation became one of his greatest learning tools. He taught himself how to drive just by watching others 🚗👀, proving that learning begins with attention and grows through determination.
He humorously reflected on how some people who went through driving schools still end up being reckless, ignoring the very discipline they were taught — a perfect reminder that knowledge without discipline produces carelessness, while true mastery comes from focus and respect for process. 🎯
He also spoke passionately about mentorship — appreciating his mentors and bosses, especially Dr. Segun Oshundairo @Dr Segun ARCVIEW CEO , who saw greatness in him and constantly pushed him to rise beyond comfort. 🙏🏽
In the same breath, he expressed his readiness to mentor any youth who desires to venture into real estate. 🧱✨ According to him, real estate remains one of the most promising paths for young people willing to learn, grow, and build value.
