Michael Gbenga Oshin

Born in London on 11th January 1967, Michael Gbenga Oshin is a distinguished security professional with a career spanning military service, law enforcement, medical emergency response, and corporate security leadership.

Michael’s journey began with the British Armed Forces, serving first with the Royal Signals Corps (1989–1991) as a Teletech Operator, and later with the Royal Military Police (1991–2002), where he specialized in Close Protection and Security. His disciplined approach and operational excellence laid a solid foundation for what would become a lifelong commitment to protection and service.

Following his military career, Michael earned a BA (Hons) in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of East London, further solidifying his academic grounding in security and law.

He went on to serve with the Metropolitan Police (2008–2010) as a Safer Neighbourhood Officer, gaining invaluable experience in community policing and strategic security operations. He also worked within the NHS Ambulance Service (2014–2020), qualifying as a paramedic and bringing critical emergency response expertise to his portfolio.

In 2001, Michael founded Klear Cross Group Limited — initially a security-focused company — which has since evolved into a dynamic and multifaceted organization. Starting with a focus on commercial and blue-chip/white-collar security services, the company later expanded into close protection, corporate security, and facilities management, earning a respected name in the industry.

His commitment to excellence led him to further qualifications, including Close Protection Level 3 and becoming a Certified Anti-Terrorism Specialist, which opened doors to numerous assignments in close protection, surveillance, and counter-terrorism.
