*RIVERS STATE MINISTRY OF YOUTH PARTNERS WITH THE GLOBAL CLUSTERS FOR DIGITAL LITERACY INITIATIVE*
The Rivers State Ministry of Youth has accepted the generous offer of The Global Clusters to provide 37 million digital literacy training opportunities to Nigerians through (www.thesparkhubs.org), in partnership with Ogwus Youths Empowerment and Community Development organization.
The initiative was discussed during a meeting with the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Youth, Rivers State, and representatives of The Global Clusters.
This initiative aims to bridge the digital divide and empower Nigerian youths with the skills needed to thrive in the digital economy. The partnership aligns with the ministry's goal to promote youth development and digital inclusion in Rivers State and beyond.
As part of the program, The Global Clusters is set to empower 1 million youths in Rivers State with digital skills, contributing to the larger goal of achieving 1 billion digital literacy initiatives across Africa.

Through (www.thesparkhubs.org), The Global Clusters will provide access to digital literacy training, resources, and mentorship to 37 million Nigerians, through Ogwus Youths Empowerment and Community Development organization. The initiative will focus on promoting digital skills, entrepreneurship, and innovation among youths.
